It is unfortunate to have to change my review of this company and write a new review as we had a, what I thought was great, business partnership for over 5 years. It turned south quickly. CFR came out to my facility and performed a maintenance service on my forklift as I was later told it was required to keep the warranty on the truck valid. The maintenance was never approved by me and come to find out the warranty had already expired on the truck before they performed the service. This invoice was more than $1500. Now mind ... read more
