My dad is seen here 4 times a year
I walked out without any treatment because he was getting frustrated and saying that my pain doesn’t make sense. I explained that I stand on concrete all day as a baker and he acted like I was making it up. I suggest having your spouse with you as backup, or even better go somewhere else!
I got orthotics from this business. They said that most insurance do not cover this. I have placed two calls to my insurance. I asked the Dr office to please file with my insurance. They never filed the claim. I know ask for a itemized bill. I felt I have just been put on the back burner. I told the Dr that my knees were killing me after the break in of my orthotics. Very very disappointed in their care and attitude towards patients. Front desk receptionist that I spoke with each time was very rude, acted as if it was a burden. Didn’t tell me till after my appointment, 3 WEEKS later they weren’t in network with my insurance (I called a week before that call asking if insurance had refunded my co-pay, they stated they they had not yet and it could take awhile) Very disappointed with the way I was treated through the front desk all around. Not an even a friendly smile or hello.
Very disappointed in secretary staff up front. I called to ask if the Dr uses a ultrasound to guide the needle for plantar fasciitis because of a bad experience with a different Dr. who told me he had been doing it for yrs & knew what he was doing needless to say I had a painful lump in my heel for 2 yrs after that. I was told very rudely & I quote this by the front desk lady of this Dr's office *He knows what he is doing & doesn't need to use it* I asked if he would be willing to use one to help put a patient at ease & was ... read more
