We bought high quality carpet at a very good price. The owner was very responsive to all our requests. However, the initial installation crew did a poor job on all the seams, scratched newly finished baseboards, and significantly damaged a bedroom door. Eventually, the owner sent an experienced crew to install the carpet to our satisfaction. If this crew had installed it initially, we would have given Complete Floor Coverings five stars.
They came very soon to measure my floors after I called, but I have not heard from them since. I called several times, no answer, and went to the store three times during the open hours and the store was closed. I'm moving on.
John and his team are superb! They were in and out so fast I couldn't believe it. The best part was the quality! I took a nap on the carpet WITH THE DOGS after it was installed. Super happy with the results and I would recommend him to anyone.
Total experience was great, from choosing a carpet with the many samples to installation. I love the quality and color of the carpet that was put in complete lower level. Liked the prices and customer service of all involved in this great company. Plan on using them again.
