First off I wanna thank Joe for helping me in a time crunch. I had a load of pick up at six. He had me together before 5 PM but the biggest part was it was crappy weather. He still fix my airline in a very timely manner. bottom line he even didnt charge me bc he had the part as an extra he was going to discard … and felt no need to charge me i appreciate greatly being an owner operator …so when I tell you, customer service is top-tier And just a genuine, good guy.
