The personnel are fairly nice and the gear seemed to be in decent shape. The place hadn't be truly cleaned in a while - dust bunnies on the walls and a couple fans looked like something out of a horror show. The real issue is the management. No one could give accurate answers on membership costs and repeated calls to talk to a manager went unanswered or unreturned, no doubt they are looking for that illusive cleaning bucket. My hope is that they handle current customers better than they do the prospective ones.
