This gym is perfecttt! The machines may look weird and scary but as a first timer, I got used to them and was able to figure them out relatively quickly, esp when some have instructions on them. The place is judgement free incase some girlies are feeling self conscious, everyone is just doing their own thing and vibing to their own music, and the staff is friendly!
I love this gym!! Super supportive and fun place for women to work out! Beautiful community of women who are striving to create healthy habits and lifestyles. Cool array of classes offered and fun upbeat boot camps! Work on your own level and pace without being judged! So glad I stumbled upon this place. Not crowded like other places and lots of equipment to use. And its clean!!!!
