Never open, never answers the phone. Doesn’t leave a message on the phone saying they are closed.
Just received an EOB from my insurance from a covid test 2 years ago. I paid my copay at the time of services. They are just now billing my insurance and they billed them for 3 visits when it was only one. I got charged for new patient exam $200, services provided in urgent care $150, and service provided in office regular sch $80. This is all for one covid test that was also charged $75. This is the best place to go! Tonya is the best ever! She cares so much for her patients and always goes above and beyond.
They are one of the best places in lindsay to go. Very kind and caring. They communicate well with you and are great with children. Would recommend them again and again for your family health needs.
