I tried ordering contact lenses since my insurance is accepted there and they did my eye exam. I was told they would match prices and offer 20% off. The numbers simply didn't match up so I asked them to clarify. The ladies on the phone were laughing and told me they could not accommodate my needs. I asked is this how you treat your customers? They finally transferred me to a third person who was able to help me out. Poor customer service. Don't go here unless you want to be disrespected.
