Would give 0 stars if I could. My experience at this office has been nothing but awful from the start. Dr. Teresa King became my PCP after I moved to Denton because she was in-network with my insurance but she is very rude to me and is trying to refer me to an allergist... For a simple sinus infection. I have had this sinus infection for 3 weeks now because her own prescriptions she sent for me have done little to help. I went to see her twice for this. Do not go here for health care! The doctors push you off to Specialists for every thing. Getting prescriptions refilled is a joke because everything is referred out to Specialists, and the medical assistant Nichole is extremely rude and hostile
I scheduled an appointment as a new patient. I live in Sanger and left my house at 7:15am to ensure i had plenty of time to arrive by 8am, as instructed. Unfortunately, there was ice on the road and traffic was moving at a snail's pace in Sanger and on I35. It cleared up as I got closer to Denton. I was a new patient, arrived 20 minutes (9:40) before my appointment time to fill out covid questionnaires and new patient information. The front office had issues processing my insurance (the information was provided to them at 10:03 for a 10:00 appointment) cancelled my appointment while I was in the waiting room at 10:04 - 4 minutes after my appointment started.
