Dr. Jani provides truely complete eye care. I would strongly recommend her.The staff at the office is very friendly and helpful.
Great experience at Specs! The staff was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout. Everything was well organized, and the service was smooth and efficient. Quality was excellent, and I was really satisfied with the overall experience. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
Very disappointed with my experience here. The optometrist was extremely rude and unprofessional. She forced me into unnecessary paid tests, charged very high fees, and even refused to complete a proper eye check without these extra charges. I felt pressured, disrespected, and taken advantage of. Definitely not recommended — there are many other optometrists who are honest, respectful, and put patients first instead of money.
Our experience with Dr. Jani has been wonderful, 100% recommend for people to go! Very patient, accommodative, and friendly!
