RecommendedDr. Kevin Grueloch and his staff are on the ball from the moment you call to book your appointment to the minute you walk out the door. I hadn’t been to the ophthalmologist since the dark ages when they blew puffs of air in your eyeball. It felt like such a different experience from a decade ago in rural Illinois. His office is beautifully and comfortably decorated, and has a huge inventory of frames. The entire staff is excellent. Dr. Grueloch is very knowledgeable and professional, and has performed cataract surgery on both my eyes. When I developed some scar tissue (30% of patients may develop it), he did a quick laser surgery to remove it. "I can see clearly now!"
The Drs. are The Best I have ever been to. Dr. Jick stays right on top of my eye problems. She found things that other Drs. just ignored and probably saved my eyes from major problems. My husband and I will never go anywhere else. The staff is wonderful ! They are friendly and they know their stuff!! This office is the place to be for eye care.
All levels of staff at Complete Eye Care are very professional and helpful. From the ladies at the front desk, to the technicians and Dr Luong were outstanding. Dr Luong advised me of a potential problem that he will check every 6 months and treat if needed to head off glaucoma. Twice yearly eye exams at another eye doctor never led to this discovery and reveal. Do yourself a favor and go see Dr Luong...your eyes deserve the best!!
