I went to see Dr. Berman twice, both visits I specified that I would only be paying my copay as my insurance would cover them. Well I checked my card statement and you know what I found? My card was charged the full service fee and not just my copay. When I reached out to have the situation fixed I was given a date that was not met, when I reached out again I got no reply.
