Unfriendly and unhelpful, completely abandoned me in the middle of a project and left me scrambling to find a different engineer to complete it. There's a reason these guys have so many bad reviews, stay far away.
Ed Ford is great to work with and turns around plans quicker than most engineers. Ed also makes himself available to walk properties with us before our clients buy the property. Especially where they may be structural concerns or when a buyer would like to know what is involved with any anticipated renovations. Pricing is always reasonable and service is always reliable.
