I see this doctor regularly for about a year. All I need is a blood work and a prescription. There are two things I don't like. 1. There is no receptionist to answer the phone. Even though there is a crowd of young assistants running around the office, none of them pick up the phone when you need to ask a question, reschedule, etc. You are left with the option to leave a message and they call you back maybe the next day when it is inconvenient for you to talk. 2. Have read the other reviews and wish I had check them prior to the appointment. It was my first and last visit as I will not be following up. All professional protocols were disregarded at this facility. I was called into a room by a male receptionist to be weighed and measured. There was another young man present and he was not introduced. I asked the reception who the man was and I am not sure what the response was. The doctor at this clinic will tell you the truth about your eating habits, lifestyle habits. Which is it's hard to accept it. I seen a lot of improvements on appointment scheduling in the last 6 months.

Don't know hiw ri manage appointments. All the time trying to finish video call appointments. Doesn't care for in person appointments. I waited more than 2 hours to see doctor. Don't come here if your time is money. Doesn't respect other people's time.

Horrible just horrible, the amount of times I have joined the chat and they’re not there and I get an email that I didn’t show up. Please fix the admin errors, thanks!
