The comments about the office being hard to reach are not only true, but the least of this places problems. I went to my scheduled appointment 10 mins early and the doctor didn’t even get to see me until I had to leave (due to a work meeting) over an hour later. They excused this by saying there was a backlog, but didn’t call ahead to reschedule or cancel before I drove 30 mins to get there. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I have never experienced such an unprofessional medical office. The staff are consistently rude, dismissive, and seem to have little concern for their patients. I was told that they do not answer their phones and that the only way to communicate is by email or by leaving a voicemail. For a medical office, this level of inaccessibility is unacceptable. It is not my style at all to leave a bad review but I feel obligated to help people understand what they will be dealing with if you go see this clinic. From the start you will not get your phone call answered and have to listen to an 8 year old kid leaving an office voicemail. (Very professional?) second the office itself is disgusting.
