I have never experienced such an unprofessional medical office. The staff are consistently rude, dismissive, and seem to have little concern for their patients. I was told that they do not answer their phones and that the only way to communicate is by email or by leaving a voicemail. For a medical office, this level of inaccessibility is unacceptable. It is not my style at all to leave a bad review but I feel obligated to help people understand what they will be dealing with if you go see this clinic. From the start you will not get your phone call answered and have to listen to an 8 year old kid leaving an office voicemail. (Very professional?) second the office itself is disgusting. I can't connect by phone to talk with receptionist !
I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The doctor was extremely rude, dismissive, and acted as though he knew everything without allowing patients the chance to ask questions or express concerns. Whenever I tried to ask something about my care or treatment, I felt completely brushed off.
