Been working with Mike (owner) and all the fine folks there for several years for our Bucktown condo. They do great work. Will take the time to explain problems. And are up front. Recently worked with Alex (office) and she wrote up an entire list of the process if we change our phone number inside our elevator. Helped us decide simply: Easier said than done, so let’s skip for now. Bottom line: affordable and transparent and truly help us make decisions.
