Been working with Mike (project manager) and all the fine folks there for several years for our Bucktown condo. They do great work. Will take the time to explain problems. And are totally fair and up front. Recently worked with Alex (office) and she wrote up an entire list of the process if we change our phone number inside our elevator. Helped us decide simply: Easier said than done, so let’s skip for now. Bottom line: affordable and transparent and truly help us make decisions.
To make the long story short. My daughter bought a townhouse with a home elevator. I probably called 20 companies and no one services home elevators which they did not originally install. Then, I called Complete elevator service company and they finally agreed to come out and take a look at it. The technician Anthony came out and he was great.
