My experience in trying to work with Michael was very sub par. He has a very angry temper and it went to show when we tried to communicate and fix a deal that was starting to go sideways because of some unfortunate situation in which he documented something incorrectly. We made every attempt to try to fix the situation and work together with him but he was just completely inconsolable.
