Booked a load with Chase, load didn't match what I was initially told and even after delivering the load on time got a rate deduction for not accepting tracking even though it was accepted
While dealing with this company we faced incredible incompetence by the employes which caused us big financiall losses. Dont anticipate anything to go smooth if you decide to work with them.
Had an issue of a carrier hostaging our load because the broker decided to not pay them in the past. Even though it wasnt on our load but we still had our product held hostage and still the broker didnt wana resolv the payment issue.
