*Resolution Update* Tiffany worked with me and we were able to reach a mutual agreement on this debt. I want to thank everyone involved in the decision to help me resolve this. When our mudroom, garage, and ductwork flooded due to recent heavy rains, our insurance company provided me with 3 names of companies they usually work with. All 3 companies had horrible reviews! Jesse was personable, professional, and a great help to have have on hand. He is experienced, and good at taking the mystery out of the whole process.
