Dr's office. . . clean and was always able to find parking
I saw derm Jessica Sungku and was really unimpressed and unhappy with the experience. I have had trouble with my scalp for the past 6 months and basically paid $350 to be told that its just the way I am (classic!) despite the issue being new and painful. I will really miss my old derm from another city; it is super frustrating trying to find a new one that doesn't treat you as another number alloted a quick 5 minutes. I have been trying to reach the billing department for the last 1 month and made 5 attempts, not even a single time i have received the call back.. No use even after leaving the voicemail, Hoping the comment reaching out the administrative team. Extremely frustrating.
