Why is the TRUTH so difficult?!?! I wanted to be sure that what was biting me was not contagious. I was sent to their office in The Woodlands to have a skin test done. Or so I thought. In reality this company had NO INTENTION of giving me a skin test. I checked-in on time for my appointment and was put off again and again. I’ve seen Dr. Martin three or four times and she’s been wonderful each time. She is very thorough with her examination and she will answer any questions without making you feel rushed. She offers the best of both — excellent care with a great bedside manner. The facility is nice and the staff is friendly. Only negative thing to note is that the building’s parking spaces are tiny, so bring your smallest vehicle.

I felt out of place from the moment I walked through the door. The front office staff was not too friendly upon signing in. I had all my paperwork signed and ready and had uploaded my insurance card before the visit, they took my stuff and told me to have a seat. Once called back, I was put in the back room, no vitals or weight was taken, the MA asked me my height and weight. Everyone is so nice and professional and that’s why I keep coming back. They were very patient with me when I needed to postpone my appointment!
