Thank you Dr. Jack for my cleaning and exam today. The new “Complete Dentistry” office in Las Colinas is state of the art. I’ve never liked going to the dentist, but Dr. Jack makes it painless and easy! He’s the only dentist I’ll see.

Ive been a patient of Complete Dentistry for nine years. I was out of town last week when a crown popped off from my tooth. (My fault..hard sticky candy). I called them late in the day. They said to come straight in from the airport as soon as I got back the next day. They took me right in and were able to re install the crown. I am so pleased with the support from the team at complete dentistry! They always provided friendly, professional, family oriented service for my entire family.

Aside from them rescheduling on me multiple times, they did a bait and switch on me. I asked them for a simple cleaning, nothing drastic, but they told me that they could only do a simple cleaning if I scheduled a new patient visit. I did and there was no cleaning done at all. They just gave me a list of things that they said required "immediate attention" (and charged me for it). I would've been fine with what they recommended, but they didn't bother with even a basic cleaning during my visit. Not the best first impres... read more

I had bottom front tooth problems and I went to another doctor before this one and that doctor wanted to do root canal and crown right of way and refused to do a filling on that tooth which is already small and fragile. I went to this place and was treated completely differently by Dr Jack . I ended up just needing a filling since front bottom teeths are small and can break easily especially when root canal is performed. I've recently discovered Dr. Crumpton and the Complete Dentistry family and am completely impressed. They are friendly, professional, and provide high quality care. While this is a longtime established practice in Trophy Club, they are new to the Las Colinas area. Couldn't be happier and highly recommend!
