I would like to express my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the dentist at this practice; he is truly amazing and honest. However, I must address some challenges I encountered this year. The office previously had appointments available at the Las Colinas location every Friday, where I scheduled my visits every three months. Everyone was great!
Aside from them rescheduling on me multiple times, they did a bait and switch on me. I asked them for a simple cleaning, nothing drastic, but they told me that they could only do a simple cleaning if I scheduled a new patient visit. I did and there was no cleaning done at all. They just gave me a list of things that they said required "immediate attention" (and charged me for it). I would've been fine with what they recommended, but they didn't bother with even a basic cleaning during my visit. Not the best first impression.
