I was working with my dentist to create a bridge. I visited this location to get a colour match for it and the technician I had was excellent and extremely quick at helping me find the right colour, including the translucency of my teeth. The order was on a rush to be completed before Christmas which they delivered on. I had my bridge inserted and the piece looks excellent. I'm super pleased with the colour, size, and fit, as it looks very natural.
The employees are great. The owner isn't, condescending a..hole.
My dentist had used this facility to construct a flipper for my broken front tooth, sending both an impression and detailed instructions. I waited almost 3 weeks to receive the completed product, at which point my dentist found that they had completely disregarded the instructions, meaning that after 45 minutes of attempting to modify it in the clinic, it was still nowhere close to fitting the space. They like too cut off multiple people in traffic and flip them off for no reason. Curious on how the actual customer service is
I met with a technician in March of 2020 for a color match (for a dental implant). The staff member who helped me was very professional and thorough. She made me feel very comfortable as we went through the process. The implant turned out perfectly. Thanks Complete Dental, I appreciate your professional work!
