Giving a one star is too much. I had a horrible experience. I called & made an appt a month ago, arrived 2/17/26 10:50 a.m. A white female with brown hair at the 2nd desk called my ins. co. and was informed my plan was out of network. I also called and was told the same, but they were listed on my ins company's website. I walked back up to the receptionist and kindly said, my company is indeed out of network. I’ve had an excellent experience here. The dental care is top‑notch, and the entire staff is friendly and welcoming. They truly care about their patients and work hard to provide affordable services. The doctor is very patient, takes time to explain every step clearly, and really listens to any concerns. Appointments are always timely with no long waiting, which I really appreciate. Highly recommended.
