Shouldn't be complete dental should be called the complete joke of Ohio valley
Thank you for canceling my kids appointment and not say a word very unprofessional and the lady I rescheduled their appointments on different dates for one which they both were supposed to go nov 5th and now we have to wait because you hire incompetent people thank you so much for screwing us over
Sorry I have to edit this review but they cancelled my sons appointment twice.We were on our way the first time they cancelled it.He is autistic and is very comfortable with this office.He has been a patient since Dr Long was practicing but now there's a problem I guess.Maybe you shouldn't be so greedy and cancel appointment for other patients with better insurance.This office is very unprofessional and the girls that work in office are rude.
I have waited months for appointments and keep getting rescheduled. Finally i get an apointment and manage to confirm it...just to be rescheduled again less than 24 hours in advance after i had to take PTO to even go to the apointmwnt. Because they dont have someone to clean my teeth. If you knew you didnt have a hygenicist yku should have rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance.
They have canceled about 20 of my appointments in the last 3 years. If someone’s insurance company pays more for a procedure, she will cancel your appointment and schedule them in your place. At least four of the times they didn’t even call me and I had requested off work and showed up just to find out it was canceled. She also pulled two teeth and I have no idea why she pulled them. I assume to charge the insurance company more. I’m actually filing a claim against her with the Dental board.
