I have had a cleaning appointment for 6 months, and they cancelled on me stating they lost a hygienist. I could not get another appt until March 2026. What a terrible way to run a business.
Dentist went above and beyond to help me. I had a root canal/crown put in with another dentist 2 years ago, was in alot of pain , called office and was scheduled the next morning. Xrays revealed a cracked crown, with a nerve sticking out. Doctor knew right away that the crown needed removed and was aware of urgency along with my pain as well. The office accommodated my emergency within the hour. Doctor did a wonderful job of numbing and didn't feel a thing, was compassionate and made sure I was pain free throughout. I can't ... read more
First experiences here were very good. Dentist and receptionists have been wonderful. However I called in about opting out of a deep cleaning and instead I wanted a regular routine cleaning. The receptionist told me she was unsure how to handle that and to just come in for the appointment and speak with them then. At this particular appointment the EFDA came in and questioned me and I just told her I wanted a regular cleaning. I was rudely told that it was "malpractice" because they said I needed it.
