Got fillings done over month ago, I was told my extreme pain was normal and the fillings separating from my tooth was not actually doing that even though enamel was chipped away and you could clearly see it. Nobody listened to anything I said and charged me for my fillings instead of even offering the one my insurance was covered under. Dentist refused to see me after a cleaning and did not see me before, even after telling the technicians my issues she refused.

They have installed a check in kiosk that asks the same questions they already have in their system. When I asked why this was required she asked if I was trying to "tell corporate how to do their job" I told her obviously someone needs to. Then I was told that I have an outstanding balance of nearly $900. I checked with my insurance company and was told they were already paid. Double dipping? Inadequate book keeping? Every one of them are amazing and friendly staff! They treated my kids like family. The dentist was super caring and reassures you, that you're in great hands if you have a fear of the dentist.
