I'm so disappointed. I left because I felt that the rep was NOT listening to me. I requested a full face mask day one. They kept talking me out of it and I spent a lot of money on masks you can't return, only to still wake up with a dry mouth each morning. I switched locations to a place that happily sold me the mask I wanted. It's much better. But since then I've found out they sold me an older model machine (a 10 despite an 11 being out) and there is actually a resmed airsense machine "for her" which has better optimized s... read more
On my initial appointment I was explained EVERYTHING! Machine & mask were setup. I got a call from Mandy a couple of days later concerned abt the diagnostics of my nasal mask. I went in and was fitted for a full mask..no issue. I am truly impressed with the professionalism and service received. Would recommend this company to anyone!
Came into the shop to get some information and advice. He was able to answer all of our questions and helped ensure my mask is the proper fit. He was polite and professional. It was a great experience.
