As soon as I entered the office both employees presented themselves and started assisting me with my concern. It appeared they have worked together for some time as there was effective support and assistance where my concern was resolved quite quickly and effectively. Very thorough, professional and empathetic. They made me feel comfortable as well. Congrats to you. Whoever put these two together struck gold.
I’m always saddened to have to place a review that is less than stellar for a community business however Frontline staff and management of this clinic (which includes Alliston) is profoundly disappointing. First I would like to be clear that the two technicians I had the privilege of dealing with over time were very kind, well informed, and truly seemed to care. My relationship with them was excellent.
