To be transparent, I did not work with this company and can not speak to their actual physical work. However, I can speak to their sales process, as I have a clear "no soliciting" sign on my property: No soliciting means no soliciting - thanks for not ringing my doorbell, but if you think that sending me a letter with the same sales pitch (and acknowledging my no soliciting notice) is going to change my mind, then you probably need to adjust your sales tactics.
Where do I start!?! Andrew Swanson and the Complete Construction crew did incredible work at our home. We had extensive and complete repair of our siding, windows and roof. At each step of the process Andrew was there with thoughtful and detailed leadership to manage everything that was going on. From the beginning phases of managing the insurance details to the final phases of the project, it was all handled professionally. I would highly recommend them for any work you may need.
Working with Complete Construction of Mpls was wonderful. Definitely recommend! I'm always a little skeptical going into house projects but they were with me all the way through a full roof replacement and attic project. They were patient with all my questions and answered everything thoroughly. They also worked with and walked me through all the insurance aspects of the project. Very satisfied! Awful experience - had a repair request that went through insurance that started in November. For several months, insurance waited on CC of MPLS to complete a line-by-line estimate for all items they will be completing for which CC of MPLS advised me 'sending that to the insurance company is not what is best for the customer". After several months CC of MPLS replied with nothing of the sort to appease the insurance company.
