Zach did a great job replacing our old concrete stairs and stoop with a new deck, sidewalks, and more. He was prompt, communicative, responsive, and patient with me as we modified the design a bit as we went along. He answers texts, phone calls, and emails promptly which makes him a delight to work with. Zach is super organized and professional in every way. He is a great problem solver and super resourceful. He came by for a quote and never sent one or replied to me contacting him. Zero communication. Extremely disappointing.

Zach and his crew built me a 6' privacy fence this summer. They did an excellent job. One huge benefit to hiring Zach over other fence companies is that Complete Construction is, well, a complete construction company. Building my fence required moving my deck steps, installing a new concrete walkway to my garage where the steps used to be, and doing some minor landscaping. I can't imagine other larger fence companies would have had the skills to do all of that work. I will not hesitate to hire them for future projects.

We interviewed several companies to replace our 210 ft. 6 ft high fence that was rotting out. Complete Construction was one of the very few that would do the whole job - including getting the permit and defining the property lines. Most just advised, and expected you do do it - making you directly responsible if there was a problem with code compliance.
