These guys need to be out of business. Their employee, Roger Cruz , hires people to do their work and doesn’t pay. I did a roof install and a roof repair for them in December. He calls you on a private number and claims they are his personal jobs and not the company’s, but I have proof that he purchased materials under this company’s name. Beware. Do not do business with them!
Not reliable! This company was referred to me by USAA Insurance. I met with Will in early Nov 2025 and he wrote an insurance estimate for damage to the exterior brick of my house. Since then, communication broke down, promises weren't kept, messages and texts were not returned. The repairs were never scheduled or started. No idea what happened or why. Moving on with another contractor.
They don’t even know who did my work. They ok decent work, and came back to fix issues a few times. But after a few months, I noticed other issues and reached out to the my job’s supervisor. He told me he retired and to ask the company for help, which yeah that makes sense. When I hit up Complete Construction, they said they didn’t see me as a client in their system. They owe my husband for a complete work since June. We have called them multiple times and they promise they will pay but they don’t. I don’t recommend working with them. If you are a small business, stay away from them.
