If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a contractor. I believe they are trying to collect payment twice—after already being paid for the work, they are now seeking additional payment from my insurance company. I felt pressured into paying my invoice immediately after the job was completed, only to have them reconnect my washing machine incorrectly, which caused another leak.
