Built my 2 tier retainer wall last summer. It is now failing due to improper drainage. Owner told me innMay he would be back in June to install the appropriate drainage and rebuild the walls in June and it would take 2 weeks to complete. He not only never showed up, he is not responding to any of my calls or text messages. The wall is going to completely fall down soon, it’s leaning that far.
