From start to finish, Derek was fantastic to work with. I had an idea of what I wanted in order to heat/cool the upstairs of our old farm house that lacked any duct work, but Derek had a much better idea. He installed a heat pump with an air handler in our attic, and was very patient and accommodating with me on some specific details that I required. Derek is the best! Answered my texts after hours on the weekend when our AC went out. Helped try to figure out the problem before even coming over. Was quick, efficient, and friendly when he did come to look at it. Figured out what was wrong immediately, and double checked that everything else was in working order. Stuck to his original quote. He also figured out a way to get our AC working and keep us comfortable while we waited for the part to be delivered and installed. Could not recommend more!
Derek helped us right away, did a fantastic job of diagnosing the issues with our 25 year old Carrier furnace, and had it running perfectly that very day! We were also pleasantly surprised with how affordable his services were. He will be our go-to guy for any future HVAC needs that may arise in the future. I highly recommend him!
