Complete comfort replaced 2 furnace units at our home in Linville. We made our first service call and were taken excellent care of by Caleb Thorpe. This cold weather created a problem that Caleb helped us trouble shoot and now have resolved. So happy to have such a great team taking care of us!
Complete Comfort did an incredible job installing a new combo heat/AC unit in our newly purchased home. They also had to extend our existing ductwork to connect three recently added-on rooms to the central heating and cooling system. They provided a free estimate and the pricing was very competitive compared to other providers in the area. Great experience from our first contact. We live out of state & have a home in Linville Land Harbor in Newland. The staff was friendly & very accommodating in making an appointment around our schedule. Grant is an amazing technician; very friendly & really knows his stuff. Arrived on time, serviced our units, found an issue needing repair, and at our request installed a new WiFi thermostat. We could not be more pleased.
