Tried to get massage chair, purchased from here, fixed after started making grinding noises. The boss lied to me and my partner over a period of 2months just over returning a phone call, hoping if he stuffed us around for long enough we might give up. We didn't, so eventually he finally turns up, third time, after not showing up twice before. Makes lots of weak "dog ate my homework "excuses says he has part, will fix monday . Tasman is a great brand ambassador for his products, & was clear in his recommendations for our mattress-change. The wife & I both have chronic arthritis, & can now have a (more) restful night, thanks to our new Complete Comfort Luxe mattresses on our (previous purchase from Tasman) electric beds.
