Fast and efficient service! Extremely courteous! Mike came out on short notice to evaluate my broken heater. He was clear in explaining what the issue was and thorough on repair cost and timeline. Mike and his crew showed up on time and had my heat back up and running within 24 hours, even with the holiday! We are so grateful! Thank you, Mike Jr and Michael Sr, for taking care of us so quickly.
Mike Jr and his crew were awesome to work with. We felt they answered all of our questions with honesty and maintained a clear line of communication from the point of the bid all the way through to several days after install. The new system looks fantastic and even got a compliment from the City inspector. We look forward to them maintaining our heat pump and electric air handler every year moving forward.
Michael was the 3rd company to come out to my house for an onsite visit, followed up by a bid/estimate. He was a great (still is!) communicator, really transparent, explained his recommendations, and ultimately I decided to work with him and his team.
