Seth is AWESOME! He just completed a routine maintenance on my mom’s HVAC unit. She’s pretty tech savy, but I was so impressed with how he answered my mom’s hesitant questions about the touch screen. Professional, clear explanation with respectfulness. My mom has servicemen wear shoe covers that she provides.
