They did a great job but one of their guys busted an outdoor receptacle and tried to hide it, they were conta ted twice and still have not comeback to replace it

Complete Climate Service was excellent to work with. We had them replace our furnace and install a new heat pump. They were exceptionally professional, polite and responsive throughout the process, from their initial site visit to completion of the work. When they gave us a window of arrival time, they were always prompt (occasionally early) and we never were left waiting around. Complete Climate Services is amazing and so professional. From the installation to the annual service they conduct on my system, the team is always so nice and friendly. Plus the business is family owned and operated- but most of all they treat you like you are part of the family and walk you through the whole process of what is happening each service. I would definitely recommend them to any and everyone near or far.
