Tip for the business owners: don’t allow clients the option to make appointments online if they’re not going to be officially booked to avoid wasting people’s time

They don't know how to use a calendar. Made an appointment online, they texted for photos to give the price and the day of the appointment never showed up or answered any calls as to where they were. When they finally reached back, they said the appointment was never booked. Didn't even apologize for THEIR mistake.
