Josh was great and helpful with these newbies to fireplaces. Josh just left my house and did a great job for us. We have never owned a fireplace before this, being from California, and he took the time to tell us how to use the fireplace. He showed us how to open the fireplace to draft, and he built a fire with some wood we had from the backyard. He said the chimney was only slightly dirty and probably didn't need cleaned for a while, but since the total price was only $100 for the inspection and cleaning, we chose to have i... read more
Told me my chimney is fine and not broken. This was my second chim clng, and this guy was honest and told me my chim was not damaged. The other guys said i need like $2,000 worth of repairs. I was very greatful to find out that my chimney wasn't broken and un-usable. The other company shouldn't be able to lie like that. I bought a chimney cap to keep out the raccoons and squirells, too.
On time, charged what they quoted, pleasant people We own a family operated business and looked for the same kind of company for our chimney cleaning. This company has a great BBB rating and has a great website, with lots of good information. We will gladly use them again. Thanks!
