Very professional, friendly, and informative. They arrived and did a walk thru, Very efficient, and let us know every step that was being taken to clean our carpets. He was upfront about the size of the bedrooms that are included in the pricing, so I was not unpleasantly surprised by additional costs associated with having larger than normal bedrooms. I will definitely use again.
‘Complete Carpet Care Services’ came to our home in Douglasville this morning, and cleaned three rooms of carpet, and two big area rugs. They did an absolutely outstanding job. Very reasonable price, great value, very customer service oriented, and we couldn’t be more pleased. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing those services! Thank you Mark!

Complete Carpet Care Services LLC was absolutely professional, they cleaned all my carpet in my new home for a very reasonable price! I made the appointment on Saturday and they were at the by 11:30a for a 12p appointment on time and ready, which was a plus for me.
