Dr Venu Nair is a great a doctor
shocking experience with this clinic charging to release test results from a prior appointment for a cervical screening and urine culture (all of which are completely government subsidized elsewhere) charging twice the rate for the same instance. Was told on the phone if I didn’t want to pay again then to go else where and have them request from pathology directly. This clinic clearly lacks a duty of care to patients and is only in it for the money, sad and unethical on so many levels.
Complete Care Preston has the best GPs I’ve ever come across. Every visit is met with genuine empathy, patience and care, and I always feel listened to and taken seriously. The doctors take the time to understand your concerns rather than making you feel rushed, and they explain everything clearly and thoughtfully. It’s incredibly reassuring to have a medical practice where you feel comfortable, respected and genuinely cared for. I couldn’t recommend Complete Preston highly enough! ❤️
Most incompetent people out there. I booked, they booked it under the wrong name then cancelled then when i called back to rebook they told me they dont take new patients. I am in desperate need to see a doctor and they kept me waiting a week just to cancel. Incompetency and inconsideration at its finest.
