Complete Care Preston has the best GPs I’ve ever come across. Every visit is met with genuine empathy, patience and care, and I always feel listened to and taken seriously. The doctors take the time to understand your concerns rather than making you feel rushed, and they explain everything clearly and thoughtfully. It’s incredibly reassuring to have a medical practice where you feel comfortable, respected and genuinely cared for. I couldn’t recommend Complete Preston highly enough! ❤️
Most incompetent people out there. I booked, they booked it under the wrong name then cancelled then when i called back to rebook they told me they dont take new patients. I am in desperate need to see a doctor and they kept me waiting a week just to cancel. Incompetency and inconsideration at its finest.

Doctors here are awesome but it's a problem with all them working only part-time. It's a shame this clinic does not operate on Saturday mornings at least, which would be great for full-time workers. They need more doctors and more hours. Please try to sort out the problem asap. On many occasions I have been genuinely unwell and haven't been able to see anyone and Telehealth isn't always sufficient. Other than that, no issues.
From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and modern the clinic is, with calming music that instantly puts you at ease. Dr Sanjeev is incredibly attentive and thorough, asking thoughtful questions and paying close attention to every detail. He made me feel genuinely reassured about my health concerns. I'd highly recommend him to family and friends!
