Friday, Labor Day Weekend and a leaking hot water pipe. Faced spending the 4 days with no hot water. Enter Lisa and crew!!! Up and running by Friday at 3:30! Awesome service and resolution to the problem that one company had said a permanent fix would require piping thru our attic. Cha Ching. I was having trouble with mosquitoes being in my house. I couldn’t figure out where they were coming from. I finally decided to call Complete Care plumbing and electric because it seems like they were coming through my air conditioner vents. They returned my phone call quickly. The repair man, Jordyn, was right on time for his appointment. He immediately spotted the air vent on the side of the house, which required a very tall ladder and installed the screen on it. I live on a lake and all of our water comes directly from it. Recently, the water had turned very dark and gray, and no one could figure out the cause. Complete Care sent out a technician who took the time to explain everything clearly. Even though my water is still not back to normal, I finally understand the root of the issue. First time to use Complete care, plumbing and AC. Had a small problem come up took care of the issue immediately went away and beyond what I expected and we will use them forever. Finally found someone who cares more about the customer than themselves.
Complete Care has gone above and beyond the multiple times they have been at my home. They are caring, compassionate and do not make work for themselves. I truly thank them for their kind, experienced, professional service. While helping to keep my home maintained and safe, they have been budget friendly.
