I had an excellent experience at Dr. Quinonez office and wanted to recognize both the doctor and his nurse Luz for their professionalism and outstanding care. From the moment I arrived, the environment felt welcoming and calm. The nurse was especially exceptional she was attentive, patient, and very knowledgeable when answering my questions. What stood out even more was how efficiently she managed the front desk and attended to other patients while still making everyone feel acknowledged and cared for.
I dislike going to the DR office but Dr Q made it comfortable. His nurse was awesome. She was very pleasant and knowledge and took the time to listen to my concerns!! Thank you Dr Q and Luz!
There is no way it should take so long to get labs done. Been here for over an hour and I have seen 6-7 patients get labs done and still waiting. 😰
