The doctors and Nurse practitioners are wonderful, caring and compassionate. But one of the receptionists that called me about my X-ray results was not kind nor caring or compassionate. She hurriedly told me my result was normal then said goodbye. She hung up on me so quickly I did not have a chance to say anything or ask a question. I had been feeling so sick for 2 months.
