The office staff is very friendly, I started going to Complete Care a few years ago but the Merritt Island branch. My classmateold was actually my primary care doctor at the time. I moved to Palm Bay and started going to this location. My experience as this location has been the worst. Sabrina with my last visit wasn’t so friendly. Those who work in healthcare should be caring and listen. Instead I was talked over and she even cracked jokes concerning my health. Writing a second review because simply put, no matter what staff is working, they are all friendly and amazing. Sometimes they rotate drs and the PT givers (idk what u call them) but they are always top notch. Happy to see you & Lord knows when u are down and out from an injury, it’s nice to have people treat you w care and fight for you. Dr Frazier has been an awesome addition to the team! Ty all!
Dr Carmen Morales is very thorough and knowledgeable. Takes her time answering questions and explaining things. Great staff as well.....Highly recommend!
They have too many patients to provide adequate care. You will wait more than a month to get an appointment, you will wait week just to get a call back. I would strongly avoid going here.
