Dr Carmen Morales is very thorough and knowledgeable. Takes her time answering questions and explaining things. Great staff as well.....Highly recommend!
They have too many patients to provide adequate care. You will wait more than a month to get an appointment, you will wait week just to get a call back. I would strongly avoid going here.

When I was looking for a primary doctor, I was really impressed with intro message when I asked the line, the front desk staff and the staff: Nurse Practitioner Sabrina Blancas. I didn't feel rushed on my first appointment, longest appt really! My telehealth appointment was not rushed either. She listened to me, very helpful and taught me a thing or two about medical stuff too. I was having breathing issues at night and have been in the ER numerous time. I have Congestive Heart Failure.The staff at Complete Care Family Medicine on Malabar Rd could not get the referral right for either of the 2 Pulmonologist I was told to see by the ER doctors. From day one I have had bad experiences at Complete Care Family Medicare. I now go to a different primary care doctor.
