Unfortunately front staff will not process coordination of benefits or update contact information. This has happened twice before with previous admins. At both visits current DL’s & physical medical ID cards were provided. It’s a revolving door with staff & high turnover reflects it’s managed poorly. Please save yourself the headache & go to CityDoc on 7th!
