My son had an ear infection and needed to be seen as he was screaming. They got him in and diagnosed and on our way within 45 minutes. Everyone was very nice as we were in “anxiety parent mode”. They didn’t accept Edna so we had to pay cash but after waiting 5 hours at the other hospital in town it was well worth it. In case of emergency we will be sure to go back here. Great place
Horrible "corporate" management that discarded all patients without any warning and shut down the practice. On a medication that you really need? Too bad. I'll never visit any Surepoint medical facility EVER AGAIN.

If you want a provider that cares for your general health care needs, this is not the place to go. They are unable to put their own personal beliefs aside to give you any proper care. I specifically stated I couldn’t take a certain medication and they called it anyways while refusing to fill a different medication that I had been on for years because a psychiatrist prescribed it.
