We travel from the Gold Coast to see Dr. Ngo because he is an excellent doctor who truly listens and cares. The whole family is with him, and we think he is absolutely brilliant. The staff are friendly, professional, and always helpful. We highly recommend Complete Care Doctors.
Very friendly and helpful
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Chen. She didn’t seem to remember our previous appointments, the information related to our discussions, or the tests she had asked me to do. The follow-up process was disorganised and felt like a disaster. I didn’t feel supported at all, and it was clear she didn’t care about my concerns. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with this doctor. The receptionists are doing great work!
Dr Chen is great. Staff.are friendly and efficient.
