Your receptionist is as unkind and rude as it can be. As soon as I told them the name of my insurance the treatment towards me changed. I felt discriminated because of it. You need to do better and treat every single one with the same respect. Shame on you!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Bansal for a long time and I can’t recommend her or her office highly enough. The care I’ve gotten has been consistently excellent. Dr. Bansal is caring and always aligned with my goals. The office staff, led by Administrator Michelle is always helpful and efficient and the medical assistants are cheerful and calming. If you need a dermatologist, go see Dr. Bansal.
Dr Bansal takes great care of my entire family. More recently my husband and me on a regular basis. Her careful approach has kept us healthy and looking our best all these years. Great PA Victoria and office manager Michelle too!
