Dr satters staff on 3 different occasions forgot about me as a patient meaning they were supposed to take blood from me on 3 different occasions and forgot me in the room for 45 minutes or more....I also had a appointment scheduled a month in advance at 6 p.m. So that I could make it there after work they put them two people in front of me and then I could hear the staff complaining about how late it was and that it was a Friday night after which I had been there 20 minutes take him to me wanting me to reschedule my appointm... read more
