I had one cleaner who was excellent but one cleaner who talked way more than she cleaned. One morning the cleaner was being a smart mouth and back answering me beneath her breath so I told her she could finish up for the day. Rather than disciplining the cleaner (whom the Director refers to as Mum) the Director stated that the cleaner had apologised and I was out of line in my behaviour.
